• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the Platform for Malaysian players.

By accessing and using the Wosbet Platform, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use. These conditions apply at all times during your use of the Platform and to all activities conducted through your account:

Wosbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that these conditions of use have been violated.

All financial transactions on the Wosbet Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

Wosbet offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including the flagship 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus of up to MYR 2,880. The following general terms govern all bonus offers unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above who have created a verified account.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to your account separately from your cash balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the individual promotion. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account.
• Wosbet reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or restrict any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

The 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus (up to MYR 688) is applied automatically on qualifying crypto deposits and is subject to the same general bonus terms outlined above plus any specific terms stated on the promotion page.

The following general rules govern all betting activity on the Wosbet Platform. Additional sport-specific and product-specific rules apply and are available on the relevant game pages within the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Wosbet Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering an account or placing bets while under the age of 21.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Wosbet reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Wosbet receives a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account restriction.
• The User's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• The User fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The User requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Upon account closure for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Verified cash balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via their original deposit method following a compliance review, unless subject to a legal hold or court order.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wosbet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any loss of funds resulting from technical errors, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider failures.
• The outcome of any bet, wager, or gaming activity.
